Where mind and body unite for deep transformation
Coaching for change

Studio ESSam
Hey there 👋
How can I help you?
Transform your life!
Deep within, you know something needs to change. Perhaps you’ve tried traditional therapy or self-help, but still feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. The path forward isn’t just about understanding your challenges—it is about transforming them through embodied experience.
How lasting change happens
Real transformation begins when you can feel in your body that something needs to change. Not just thinking “it would be nice if…”, but deeply sensing “I cannot continue like this.” This readiness, combined with willingness to look honestly at yourself, creates the foundation for lasting change.
My approach
I combine traditional coaching with body-based practices, helping you not just understand your patterns intellectually, but transform them through embodied experience. This includes, among others:
- Parts work to identify and understand different aspects of yourself
- Breath work and meditation for emotional regulation
- Role-play in a safe container to practice new behaviors
- Somatic exercises to create new neural pathways
- Inner dialogue techniques to connect with different parts of yourself
Understanding Your Patterns
Change becomes possible when we understand that our challenges often stem from parts of ourselves that only want to protect us from a percieved danger. Such parts might be your inner judge, perfectionist, rebel, or various aspects of your inner child or inner teenager. Each part carries specific fears and needs that, when left unseen, have them press the panic button and create recurring patterns in our lives.
Through our work together, you’ll learn to:
- Recognise when these parts become active
- Understand their underlying fears and needs
- Develop tools to maintain composure when triggered
- Learn to conciously choose for a new way of reacting
- Create new neural pathways by practicing in a safe space
Real Transformations
Here are some examples of journeys my clients have taken:
- A man struggling with expressing his sexuality found safety for his inner child in my sessions, allowing his adult self to express desires more openly;
- A woman healing from heartbreak used role-play with me to release stuck anger towards her former partner and worked with me through her fears of abandonment;
- A man exploring gender expression embraced his feminine side in my safe space without fear of judgment;
- A woman learned to recognize how “No!” feels in her body and to say it out lout with confidence in coaching sessions with me;
- A man feeling emotionally disconnected from his partner developed tools with me to first feel his body in general and then access his feelings;
- A man with a history of addiction patterns discovered how his inner child’s desperate clinging to an absent mother showed up in all his intimate relationships;
- A woman overwhelmed by demands of a family life with little children learned with me to set boundaries, ask for help and create again space for intimacy in her relationship;
- A client with a sexual abuse history confronted their former abuser in a safe role play session with me and learned they are today fully capable to defend themselves.
Working Together
The journey of transformation requires both courage and support. I bring not just professional training but personal experience in navigating relationship dynamics, identity exploration, communication and personal growth. My role is to create a safe space where you can explore, experiment, and evolve.
Change happens at the edge of your comfort zone, but always within what’s possible for you. We’ll move at your pace, with clear consent and boundaries, ensuring you feel empowered in your journey.
This coaching approach forms an integral part of my Phoenix Journey programs, where we have time to work deeply with your patterns and create lasting change over a period of 5 months or a full year.
